Our programing is geared for long term athletic development in our early high school athletes and elite performance in our late high school, college and professional athletes.
Clients go through a personalized 1-on-1 consultation to start. We use this first session to gather the information necessary to prepare entirely individualized training materials. Following the assessment, athletes execute their customized training in a group setting. Our client-to-coach ratio is set at a maximum of 4:1.
